# Pitch kit, 2026-09-24 (W8)

What James says and shows when he talks to a would-be Companion or Customer, in person or by message, alone, after hours. A one-minute read on a phone before a conversation. The same kit is a hidden phone page at `/pitch` (screen "Lisa"; `?lang=th` / `?lang=en`; noindex, robots-disallowed, not in the sitemap). The strings live in `app/pitch/kit.ts`.

Ground rule: every line below is something the site already says, and the source file is named under each block. No counts, no traction, no partners. Anything not built is written as coming. Thai and English are separate blocks, never mixed on a line. Kathy's name comes from `content/agent.ts` in the page; it is spelled out here because this is a document, not copy.

## (a) The 30-second pitches

### To a Companion, English

Today you post a price in a comment and screen strangers in your DMs yourself.
Frenday gives you one page: your photo, your line, the rate you set, and one LINE button.
Free. Three minutes on your phone. Edit it or delete it yourself.
Every meetup is a request. You say yes or no yourself, no reason needed.
Frenday takes nothing from the meetup. Nobody can lower your rate but you.
If you want more, Pro is 499 baht once, good for twelve months.
Make one now. I will watch.

### To a Customer, English

Frenday is where you hire someone to come along, by the hour: a cafe, a run, a market, a temple, a plus-one.
Open a companion's page and ask Kathy anything.
Kathy answers only from what the companion wrote, cannot say yes for them, and cannot lower the rate.
Send a request; the companion answers it themselves.
Public places, 06:00 to midnight, both sides 20 or over, nothing romantic.
No deposit, ever. You pay the companion in person at the end. Frenday takes nothing.

## (b) The demo path

Every link keeps the reader's language (`?lang=en` when English). Say the lines in the language of the person in front of you.

### Phone, 390

1. `/browse`. Scroll the posters, tap "Open Ploy's page". Say: one person per screen, their line, their verbs; everyone in the demo is fictional, the pictures are AI-made, and the picture says so. (Source: `v3.photoAi` in `content/copy.ts`; the poster grammar praised in the critic's "what already works".)
2. `/p/ploy`. Point at the rate, the free hours and "Ploy's own rules", then tap "Ask Kathy about Ploy". Ask "can you do 400?". Say: Kathy answers only from this page and will not lower the rate. (Source: `content/story.ts` `trust.cannot`; POLICY `money`.)
3. `/p/ploy`. Tap "Send Ploy a request", pick tomorrow, type a time, send. Say: this is a request, not a booking; the companion answers yes or no; every chat and every request is kept on record. (Source: `story.how` point 3; POLICY `reporting`.) After 20:00 nothing can start today, so pick tomorrow.
4. `/c/mint`. Point at the one LINE button and the line under the LINE id. Say: this is what you get in three minutes; one page, one button, no deposit, pay at the end. (Source: `copy-sell.ts` `sell.what`; `copy-safety.ts` `safety.foot.*`.)
5. `/c/mint/kit`. Wait two seconds for the tiles to render (critic item 8), then point at Free and Pro. Say: Band is free; Plate, Split, the night versions and three short clips are Pro. (Source: `copy-pro-public.ts` `kitTitle`, `kitBody`, `clipLine`.)
6. `/pro`. Scroll to "What Pro does not do". Say: 499 baht once, twelve months, no auto-renew; no boost, no badge, and it does not mean verified. (Source: `copy-pro.ts` `priceLine`, `noSubscription`; `copy-pro-public.ts` `notRank`, `notBadge`, `notVerified`, `notRenew`.)
7. `/sell`. Tap "Make your card" only if they are ready. Say: an email first, so you can come back and edit; then start; no waiting list, no one to approve you. (Source: `copy-sell.ts` `sell.cta.line`.)
8. `/policy`. Open when the escort question comes up; point at the first paragraph. Say: not a dating app, not a girlfriend experience; if that is what you are looking for, it is not here. (Source: POLICY `what`.)

### Laptop, for a mentor

1. `/story?lang=en` first. Scroll all eight screens, one minute, nothing to tap. Say: the trade exists, the trust does not. If asked about the "coming soon" list: none of it is built; `/pro` is what is sold today. (The critic's item 3 flags that this list contradicts `/pro`; answer it before it is asked.)
2. `/browse` at desktop width: the strongest desktop screen on the site (critic, screenshot index). Point at the stamp on the photo: everyone fictional and labeled as such.
3. `/p/ploy`: ask Kathy two questions, the rate, then a discount. Say: Kathy reads this page through a small set of tools; it can read, it can file a request, and nothing else. (Source: `content/story.ts` `HOW_BUILT`.)
4. `/pro`: the paid row, the kit, how to pay, what Pro does not do. Say: the card is free forever; Pro is the one revenue today, paid by PromptPay and checked by a person. (Source: `copy-pro-public.ts` `payTitle`, `payPerson`, `freeForever`.)

Skip the home page at night: its first line says nobody is free at this hour (critic item 5).

## (c) Objections and answers

### Is this an escort site?

English:
No. Frenday is not a dating app, not a girlfriend experience, and not for anything beyond what friends do together.
Public places only. No homes, condos, hotel rooms or nightlife venues. 06:00 to midnight.
A romantic or sexual request, joking or not, gets a customer removed. Open `/policy` and show the first paragraph.

### Why not just LINE?

English:
Keep LINE. The card carries your LINE button.
What LINE does not give you: one link with your photo, line, rate, hours and rules, posted once and never retyped, so a stranger reads the rules before they message you.
On a page with Kathy, Kathy answers from your words 06:00 to midnight, refuses what you do not do, and files a request for you to answer. Every chat is kept on record.
Say it straight: today Kathy lives on the demo pages; a self-made card is LINE-direct. Kathy on your own card is coming.

### What does 499 baht buy?

English:
A row of its own on the everyone page, under a label that reads "Pro · paid placement". The normal row stays newest first.
Every kit template: Plate, Split and the night version of each, plus three short clips of about seven seconds.
One link-name change.
Once, good for twelve months, no auto-renew, no card. PromptPay, upload the slip, a person checks it within one working day.
No boost in the normal order, no badge, not verified. Check `/pro` before you promise: if it says payments are not open yet, do not take money by hand.

### What happens if the customer is creepy?

English:
You screen every request yourself. Decline with no reason; end a meetup early if you feel unsafe. Kathy cannot say yes for you.
A romantic or sexual request gets the customer removed from Frenday immediately.
Report at `/report` or write to hello@frenday.xyz; a person reads it within one working day. If you are unsafe, leave first. You can always call 191.
The gap, said plainly: there is no block across every profile yet. What we can do is tell the companions concerned and refuse the next request.

### How do I get customers?

English:
I will not give you a number, because there is none to give yet.
What you get: a link and an image kit sized for the posts you already make, a place on the everyone page newest first, and Pro if you want the paid row.
The customers you already have are the first ones. The card makes the next one read your rate and rules before they message.

### Why should I trust the AI to talk for me?

English:
Kathy answers only from what you wrote: quotes your rate, hours and areas as written, answers basics about the place, says what the rules are, says no to what Frenday does not do, and sends the request to you.
Kathy cannot invent an open hour, cannot lower the rate, cannot say yes for you, and cannot take or ask for a deposit.
Every chat and every request is kept on record, so a claim about what was said can be checked.

### What do you take from the meetup?

English:
Nothing. The customer pays you in person at the end, cash or transfer, as you agree between you.
Frenday takes no deposit, holds no money, and charges no fee.
The one payment Frenday takes is Pro, 499 baht once, if you choose it.

### What about my privacy?

English:
You upload your own photo and we never retouch your face. We do not collect ID cards or passports, and never ask for your LINE password or a bank account.
We count taps, not people: no cookies for it, no IP address kept, deleted after 90 days.
Ask to be forgotten and the card and the photo are erased, not hidden.
Chats and requests are kept on record, so what was said can be checked.

### Why .xyz?

English:
It is the launch domain. Another domain may come later.
The product is your page, not the address. Whatever the address, the card is free and it is yours.

## (d) What Frenday is not

- Not a dating app, not a girlfriend or boyfriend experience (POLICY `what`; `home.safety.3`)
- Not nightlife: no bars, clubs, homes, condos or hotel rooms (POLICY `public`; `EDITORIAL-RULES.md` rule 5)
- Not a booking engine: every meetup is a request the companion confirms (`story.how`; `sell.safety`)
- Not a payment middleman: no deposit, no holding money, no fee (POLICY `money`)
- Not a verification service: we verify no one and collect no ID (`copy-pro-public.ts` `notVerified`; POLICY `age`)
- Not a ranking game: the Pro row says it was paid for; the normal row is newest first (`copy-pro-public.ts` `rowBody`)
- Not a subscription: Pro is once, and does not renew itself (`copy-pro.ts` `noSubscription`; `notRenew`)
- Not an office-hours service: 06:00 to midnight, every day (`v3.home.tagline`; rule 3)

## (e) The asks

Companion: make a card today, three minutes. Open `/sell`, tap "Make your card"; sign up with an email so you can come back and edit; one photo, three lines, your LINE id, publish. Customer: open `/browse`, pick one person, ask Kathy one question, send one request for tomorrow. Say plainly that the demo people are fictional and the request is filed for real. (Source: `content/story.ts` screen `now`, "A customer can, today"; `v3.photoAi`.)

## (f) Field note, six lines, after every conversation

1. Who: side, initial, where met, language
2. Their first sentence after the pitch, verbatim
3. The objection that stopped them, in their words
4. What they tapped and where they stalled in the demo, which URL
5. Did they do the ask: card made, request sent, or no, and why not
6. One thing to change: copy, screen or rule, and who owns it

Line 6 is the product input: it should land as a row in `00_TOC_TRACKER_REMAINING_WORK_OPUS_FABLE.md` or a critic item, not stay in the notebook.

## (g) Do not say

daytime · booking as a promise · she or he for a user · Paiduay, the old name · guaranteed, verified, safe as a promise · user numbers · anything coming as if it were built
